Background

Architectural Seals, a trading division of Clanma Limited, was founded with the express intention of making professional quality draught proofing and excluders as well as weather bars, brushes, strips and seals available, as easily as possible, to the trade and private buyer. These products will be made available only on-line for delivery throughout the UK.

The Architectural Seals product range of draught proofing and excluders as well as weather bars, brushes, strips and seals are intrinsically environmentally friendly; any energy saved in the home is energy not required from the power station, gas pipeline or oil refinery which means that less greenhouse gases can find their way into the atmosphere.

It has been calculated that fuel savings against the cost of fitting Draught-proofing to doors and windows can be as much as 30% per annum.

Fully paid back in 2.2 years, the reduction in carbon dioxide emissions in a typical dwelling would be 400 Kg per annum and unlike some other energy saving measures, all types of buildings can be draught-proofed.
