Delivery Policy:

• We currently deliver to the UK Mainland only. Please contact us if you want to place an order to a destination outside this area.

• We aim to deliver all orders in 5 working days on average from clearance of payment.

• All orders to a value of £200 ex VAT (excluding any delivery charges) are offered with standard delivery free of charge.

• All deliveries are made by courier and require a signature. They will usually be delivered between 8AM and 5PM on working days only. Please assist us by ensuring that someone will be available to sign for the goods. Please let us know if you need deliveries outside these times.

Returns Policy:

Breakages or deficiencies should be notified to us within 24hours of delivery.

Please contact us by telephone on 0870 034 3895 or email returns@architecturalseals.co.uk to arrange for the items to be collected for inspection. The postage (max £15) will be refunded upon confirmation that the fault is ours.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach Architectural Seals
