Delivery Policy:

• We aim to deliver all orders in 5 working days on average from clearance of payment.

• All orders to a value of £45.00 ex VAT (excluding any delivery charges) are offered with standard delivery free of charge – UK Mainland Only.

• All deliveries are made by courier and require a signature. They will usually be delivered between 8AM and 5PM on working days only. Please assist us by ensuring that someone will be available to sign for the goods.

• Deliveries to UK Islands excluding The Channel Islands is £18.50 + VAT

• Delivery to Northern Ireland is £18.50 + VAT

• Delivery to Ireland is £21.00 + VAT

• Delivery to Channel Islands By Quotation Only

• Delivery to Europe and Rest of World by Quotation

Returns Policy:

Breakages or deficiencies should be notified to us within 24hours of delivery.

Please contact us by telephone on 01292 676064 or email returns@architecturalseals.co.uk to arrange for the items to be collected for inspection. The postage (max £15) will be refunded upon confirmation that the fault is ours.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach Architectural Seals
